Family Readiness Command Team Led by the Commanding Officer (CO), the Family Readiness Command Team is in charge of giving direction and backing to Marines and their families. Individuals from the Family Readiness Command Team include: CO, Executive Officer (XO), Sergeant Major (SgtMaj), Family Readiness Officer (FRO), Chaplain, Senior life partners, and a Family Readiness Advisor.
