Introduction The Rocky Mountain Wine & Food Festival appreciated proceeded with development in customer and exhibitor participation in 2007 Calgary Festival 14,500 guests; 4% development in participation 175 Exhibitor Booths, 9 Sponsors 10 th continuous year running 2007 Edmonton Festival 8,900 guests; 18% development in participation 135 Exhibitor Booths, 9 Sponsors 6 th back to back year running 2007 Red Deer Festival 1,800 guests; 51% development in participation 43 Exhibitor Booths, 6 Sponsors 2 nd successive year running

2007 Festival Marketing The Festival keeps on using a complete showcasing arrangement Print Material Posters & postcards were disseminated to all eatery exhibitors and Liquor Depot stores all through Calgary, Edmonton and Red Deer, and additionally in all Starbucks stores in Edmonton. Print Advertising Festivals promotions were put in The Calgary Herald, Edmonton Journal, National Post, Western Living, City Palate, Wine Access, Calgary Inc., Avenue Edmonton, Metro daily paper (Calgary just), Rush Hour, FFWD, and the Red Deer Advocate. Radio Advertising The Festival publicized with the most well known radio stations in Calgary, Edmonton and Red Deer including: CJAY 92, Vibe 98.5, Lite 96, Jack FM, Country 105, EZ Rock, The Bear, CISN , JOE FM, K-Rock, Magic 99, The Drive, Z99, KG Country, and Big 105. Site The site www.rockymountainwine.com got a critical increment in activity, totalling 1.4 million hits in 2007 Festival Database Email ads were sent to more than 10,000 email addresses in the Festival database Corporate Ticket Campaign Over 80 Alberta organizations were sent blurbs and marked down ticket offers. Right around 2500 tickets were sold specifically through Alberta organizations
