  1. DUTCH OVEN There is no better way to improve your overall camping experience then to incorporate Dutch oven cooking into your camp cooking plans. Learn basic recipes, techniques, tips and tricks of outdoor cooking using the Dutch oven as well as how to select, prepare, and care for the Dutch oven. All supplies and equipment are furnished and included in price. Each class member will receive sample recipes in each take home packet and the new skills to start on your journey to outdoor dining. Class participants will prepare and sample their finished product at the outdoor Wagon Encampment.
