The Passion Play or Easter pageant is a dramatic presentation depicting the Passion of Jesus Christ: his trial, suffering and death. Baked during the Easter period, it has eleven little balls of toasted marzipan on the top that Christians believe allude to the true disciples of Jesus. Judas, having betrayed Jesus, is not included.
