3. Strategic Planning What is a strategic plan? What is its purpose? Why do it? What is learned from a strategic plan? Who should be involved in the process?

5. Vision Statement What is the purpose of your organization? Are you creating this with your organizations values in mind? Are you offering direction? Is your statement inspiring? Concentrate on the future. This is not about what you want, this is about what you will give. Your statement should be a short paragraph, 3 to 5 sentences.
