Slide4Assisting Someone Else Stand behind person Wrap your arms around the waist Make a fist with one hand Position the fist 4 inches above navel Grasp fist with the other hand Tip the person slightly forward Press hard into abdomen with a quick upward lift as if trying to lift the person Click to Continue
