Too light a touch  diffusion of responsibility  No one feels committed to taking on the responsibility 2. Too heavy a hand  deflection of responsibility  People limit the potential contribution they could otherwise make to help meet responsibility The aim is to create an experience of you (the leader) and to generate in them an experience of themselves that enables them to deliver.
